Services Provided

M-Team LLC offers logistics and delivery services using Sprinter vans and other vehicles, primarily operating out of Rockford, IL, USA. Services include, but are not limited to, package pickup, transportation, and delivery.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete shipment information.
Ensure that shipments comply with all applicable laws and do not contain prohibited or hazardous items.
Pack items securely to withstand handling and transportation.
Pay all applicable fees and charges associated with our services.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated during the booking process. Late or failed payments may result in service delays or cancellations.

Liability and Limitations

While M-Team LLC takes every precaution to deliver your goods safely and on time:

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by improper packaging or the shipment of prohibited items.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

Illegal goods
Hazardous materials
Firearms, explosives, or flammable substances
Perishable items (without prior agreement)

Privacy and Data Protection

We value your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking or delivery process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts within Rockford, Illinois.
